Karl is the founder and a consultant therapist at Vista Advanced Psychological Therapy provides structured trauma therapy for adults and older adolescents on the Gold Coast. Karl works with trauma-related difficulties, PTSD, complex PTSD, trauma-related Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and pain, anxiety, phobias, grief, and concerns affecting work, relationships, and daily functioning. Sessions are available in person in Surfers Paradise or online. No referral is required.
Therapy is based on a structured assessment, formulation, treatment planning, and review. Evidence-based approaches include EMDR, EMDR 2.0, CBT and more.
With over two decades of experience and expertise in evidence-based trauma therapies, including EMDR. EMDR 2.0. ACT, CBT & Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT). I provide personalised, empathetic and effective therapy to overcome the impact of your past. I have written & present trauma masterclass workshops to hundreds of mental health professionals and therapists.
