I'm a PACFA-registered counsellor with a foundation in the person-centred approach, meaning I have great trust in being guided by my clients and their internal wisdom. I have also trained in interpersonal and somatic approaches to dealing with personal trauma and relationship issues, as well as in Narrative Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Research repeatedly shows that the key component of successful therapy is the relationship and rapport between client and therapist. I understand the process of finding a therapist can be daunting, and I therefore offer a free 15-min initial consultation over phone or Zoom.
