Neurodiversity-affirming Counselling for Adolescents & Adults — Petersham & Online. I'm a warm and welcoming therapist supporting adolescents (10 and up) and adults. I can help with issues including self-esteem, social skills, relationships, anxiety, body image. trauma, grief, and family transitions such as divorce. The process of finding a therapist can be daunting, which is why I do all I can to make you (or your child) feel at ease with the counselling process. As well as talk therapy, I use creative techniques such as sand tray and expressive arts (for adults too!).
I'm an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Approved Victims Services Counsellor with extensive experience working to support children with complex mental health issues in both private practice and community settings. Sessions are via telehealth and in-person. Rebates can be claimed under Medicare.
