I am a qualified Counsellor/psychotherapist, Energy Therapist - EFT (tapping), Reiki and Pellowah Energy Practitioner and Mindfulness Coach working with Adults, Adolescents and Families. My experience is drawn from my work as a therapist in private practice, counsellor within schools and as a facilitator delivering mental health programs in the community.
My passion for exploring and sharing preventative strategies that empowers people to know and care for themselves in a more connected way, is at the core of who I am. This is the inner compass that guides my work. Every intuitive energy session is individually tailored to you.
