With a special interest in neurodiversity, I enjoy working with clients who see the world differently and would like to open up to new and authentic ways of thinking, feeling and acting. I work with adults, older adolescents and couples, and respect all sexualities, genders and relationship styles. I can help with self exploration, opening up to new perspectives, managing difficult emotions, broadening your comfort zone and connecting with what matters to you.
I have built experience working predominantly with adult clients with the following neurotypes and conditions: ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Relationship Difficulties, Depression, Adjustment Disorder, Sleep Difficulties, OCD. Sessions may be based on CBT, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy or Gottman Method Couples Therapy
