I work with adults, older adolescents and couples, and respect all sexualities, genders and relationship styles. I have built experience working predominantly with adult clients with the following neurotypes and presentations: ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Relationship Difficulties, Depression, Adjustment Disorder, Sleep Difficulties, OCD. Sessions may be based on CBT, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy or Gottman Method Couples Therapy
