I offer a trauma informed, strength based and positive psychological approach to supporting change and developing strategies to manage issues for Trauma, PTSD, Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss, Emotional Development and Social Learning. I have a background as a Registered Nurse, extensive experience supporting children in Care. I offer modalities in Sand Play, Expressive Therapies, Interactive Drawing, Positive Psychology and Process Oriented Psychology.
