My name is Kareena and I am a Clinical Counsellor and Psychotherapist. My focus is to provide you with a safe and non judgemental environment to examine your life and work out what really matters to you. Counselling can help you to develop self-understanding and to feel more in tune with your life and how you are in the world. I will support you and sit with whatever issues you bring with empathy and genuine interest in your life.
I am also a Clinical supervisor for early career Counsellors.
