I'm a registered psychologist with over 20 years experience, an accredited EMDR practitioner, and I have a strong interest in cultivating and teaching mindfulness. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.
I work closely with my clients to build a supportive professional relationship, and use a holistic approach that is guided by evidence-based psychology. I have undertaken extensive training (including EMDR) in treating clients with trauma histories and and have significant expertise in treating anxiety, depression, addictions, and relationship difficulties.
