My goal as your therapist will be to create a safe space where we can explore ways to decrease distress, so that you can live life feeling lighter and unburdened.
I am a sex-positive, queer, and neurodiversity-affirming therapist. I offer a wide variety of therapies to assist you in your healing process including internal family systems, EMDR and inner-child work. There is no one type of therapy to heal all wounds, and I am pleased to offer a variety of services to suit diverse needs.
I specialize in working with individuals with challenges unique to the LGBTQ and neurodiversity communities. I also specialize in ethically non-monogamous couples. I look forward to starting our work together. I am available to see clients in Australia and the U.S.
