With my background in psychology and counselling, I offer an integrated approach tailored to client's unique needs based on the Couples Developmental Model, Emotion Focused Therapy, Relational Life Therapy, and Play Therapy, amongst other modalities. I have extensive clinical experience across various client groups—including couples, children, and families.
