Whether you are new to considering therapy or want to go deeper, I'm curious to hear your needs. I maintain that despite the difficulties in our lives, our systems are naturally oriented toward healing and wellbeing. Challenges through both environmental or internal stressors such as trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, and more complex issues of Neurodiversity or personality disorder are issues that can improve.
I collaborate with my clients to find paths of inquiry that result in relief and meaning making. Through mindful somatic exploration and a range of therapeutic approaches including EMDR, insight, growth and recovery are my aims. Clients work with me to be seen, supported, and sometimes challenged.
Although I work with a range of people with diverse backgrounds and issues, attachment trauma, difficulties with interpersonal relationships and men's issues are challenges I frequently work with.
