I am a registered psychologist with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. I work with adult clients to navigate mental health challenges by delivering evidence-based treatments tailored to their goals and needs, within a safe, inclusive space.
My formulation-driven style is informed by several approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. I am interested in working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, OCD, and interpersonal problems.
I have a warm and empathic manner and I place my clients at the centre of their care, emphasising the therapeutic relationship and connection. I am passionate about helping people achieve mental health goals, improve self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of coping.
