I am an integrative psychotherapist specialising in somatic, psychodynamic, attachment-based approaches to trauma. I teach as a Senior Lecturer in Psychotherapy, and have taught Grief, Group Work, Trauma and Philosophy to Masters Students over a number of years. I am also trained as a Meditation Instructor, and publish as a Buddhist scholar in journals such as the Oxford Journal of Buddhist Studies, the Journal of Psychedelic Studies and the Journal of Consciousness Studies. I am a qualified social worker, PhD philosopher, and Transpersonal Psychotherapist
As a psychodynamic, somatic, embodiment-oriented and person-centered psychotherapist I work in a diversity of ways to support clients undergoing a range of things; from life transitions, to self development and optimisation, to the resolving of early life trauma. I work with transpersonal, cognitive-behavioural, somatic, and expressive arts therapeutic tools
