Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or struggling with the impact of trauma, abuse, loss, or relationship difficulties? Reaching out for support can feel daunting, particularly when you’ve been carrying things alone. I am a Psychotherapist and Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 13 years’ experience supporting individuals. My expertise is in complex trauma, including childhood sexual abuse, domestic and family violence, attachment wounds, and institutional abuse. Together, we can explore patterns, build insight, strengthen relationships, create meaningful change, and live with greater clarity and confidence.

I provide trauma-informed psychotherapy for adults experiencing the effects of trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties and life transitions. Drawing on attachment, psychodynamic and evidence-based approaches, I help clients develop insight, heal from the past, strengthen relationships and create lasting change.

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’ve been coping on your own for a long time. My aim is to offer a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported.
