I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, grief and loss, trauma, addiction, burnout, ADHD, and major life transitions with a particular interest in supporting individuals to process trauma. Often, people come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they cannot fully understand, but know they want things to feel different. My approach is warm, relational and insight-driven, helping clients better understand the experiences shaping their emotional world, uncover patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Sessions available in Sydney CBD and online.
I provide a warm, supportive space where we can explore the emotional patterns, experiences and relationships that shape how you experience yourself and the world around you. With a certificate in Trauma Treatment, I work to clients build insight, better manage difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful and lasting change.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially when life already feels overwhelming. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes the first step is simply finding a space where you feel safe enough to begin understanding what may be asking for your attention.

Anxiety often tells us something important about the way we have learned to experience safety, relationships and ourselves. Together, we can work to understand the patterns driving anxiety, strengthen emotional regulation, and build a greater sense of calm, confidence and self-understanding.
