I work with clients from all walks of life who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and lasting change. Psychological distress can present in many areas of life, such as anxiety, depression, relationship and intimacy, identity, boundaries, play, work and vitality. Support and exploration of your individual experiences and the underlying meaning can provide insight and greater integration of the unconscious, providing relief from internal conflicts and previous maladaptive ways of functioning.
Drawing from psychoanalytic, existential, and relational theories, I support the exploration of the internal world and integration of the unconscious. I'm qualified in psychology, attachment, and existentialism and undergo my own intensive personal analysis and ongoing studies in various areas of depth that support this practice.
