About

I offer compassion-focused psychological support for adolescents and adults experiencing difficulties with thoughts, emotions and/or behaviour. My experience as a Psychologist has included working in Community Women's Health, in a K-12 Grammar School, and in Private Practice. I approach every client with curiosity, respect, understanding and whole-heartedness and together we develop a treatment plan specific to their own unique needs.
I am a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). I have a special interest in helping people identify their own personal strengths and understand how to utilise these strengths to promote fulfilment.
I invite you to give me a call to chat how we might work together to support your needs.
