As a Holistic Counsellor & Psychotherapist, I help people navigate the sometimes bumpy flow of life and facilitate their process of connecting back with their own inner strengths and resources. The impacts of trauma, anxiety and overwhelm can be debilitating. Together, we dive deeper than symptom management and work with the process that's wanting to emerge, the way of life that you imagine. We find out what's in the way of this new way of being, and step onto a new path, rich with the possibility of change.
Drawing on a number of holistic methods we work together in a way that best suits what you need right now. Sometimes that might be talking and deep listening. Sometimes it may involve experiential practices, creative expressions such as drawing, movement or somatic mindfulness activities, or a mix of all.
It can be tricky to tune into those little nudges, those gut feelings that say something is no longer working for you. They can get drowned out by the noise of the busy day, lost in the endless to-do lists, or seem insignificant amongst all your competing responsibilities. We work together to bring a sense of potential and possibility back into your life.
