Raising neurodivergent and highly-attuned children in a fast-paced modern world can leave us (and them) feeling overwhelmed and confused. I work with parents and care-givers to strengthen safe and loving connection within families. Supporting care givers to identify their own needs, their children’s needs and focus on what is important to their family. Specialising in somatic (body based) and trauma-informed practices, helping to deepen each individual's experience of their emotions and responses to daily life stress, parenting and trauma. NDIS funded participants welcome.
With over 15 years of Social Work practice experience, and as a qualified Embodied Processing Practitioner, and most importantly a mother of two neurodivergent children I offer a safe, trauma-informed place for you to explore your emotions, experience your nervous system, understand your reactions and help you navigate the immense job of being a care-giver.
Providing access to support focused on your needs is what I feel passionate about, building your resources and self-awareness to be the best parent/care-giver you can. I invite you to make contact via a free 15 minute phone call to see if this model meets your needs.
