I work with people who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and stuck in negative interpersonal patterns. I believe that everyone deserves and has capacity to live a rich and meaningful life, and that therapy can be a powerful tool in enabling this.
As your therapist, I aim to facilitate a collaborative and non-judgemental space where you feel safe enough to explore your emotions, experiences and relationships, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and find new ways to better meet your needs and connect with others.
I have a decade of experience working in a broad range of therapeutic roles, supporting people navigating and recovering from mental health challenges and complex trauma. I'm especially passionate about working with young adults. My practice is evidence based, trauma informed and authentic.
If my profile resonates with you, I would love to connect. Please feel welcome to reach out with an email to chat further or to arrange a phone call, where you can ask any questions you may have and get a better sense of whether we might be a good fit.
