Hello! I'm Josh, a Clinical Psychologist who works with people aged 15 years and over experiencing depression, stress, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, chronic pain, chronic illness, fatigue, gut-brain concerns, functional neurological symptoms, attention-related challenges, or emotional regulation difficulties. I work from an integrative, evidence-based approach, tailoring therapy to each individual's unique circumstances, goals, and day-to-day life. With experience across community and hospital settings, I have a particular interest in supporting people where mental health, physical health, pain, stress, and daily functioning are closely connected.
