I work with LGBTQ+ adults, specialising in gay men and queer women who are navigating anxiety, identity questions, relationships, burnout, grief, or major life transitions. You feel exhausted from pretending, people-pleasing, or carrying things alone for too long. You want a therapist who understands your queer life without having to explain it.
