My approach goes beyond symptom management and focuses on understanding what’s driving the challenges in daily life. I work with young people around gaming, anxiety, ADHD and emotional regulation with a practical and neuroaffirming style. When addressing problem gaming, I aim to reduce harm while also recognising the strengths and positives games can offer.
