I am an experienced psychologist here to help you navigate life's challenges with empathy and understanding. I have experience working with young and adult clients learn new skills, cope with life challenges, improve their mental health and relationship with money. I work with separated and divorced clients manage high conflict communication and coparenting. I prioritize creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable and supported.
I use EMDR, emotion focused therapy & CBT to heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, heal money story. I use evidence based strategies to help clients manage high conflict communication and its trauma. My goal is to work collaboratively with my clients, ensure they feel heard and supported so they are on the journey of healing & growth.
I have been working in the mental health industry for over 14 years through teaching and counselling. I aim to meet my clients where they are at and focus on working together to facilitate healing. I continue to remain up-to-date by continuous professional development . I seek regular feedback from my clients to review progress and ensure best outcomes.
