For me, the heart of therapy is building a real, human connection. Central to my approach is being trauma-informed and person-centred, often weaving in elements of play therapy, somatic experiencing and gestalt therapy to suit each client’s unique needs. What this really means is that I have a well-stocked toolkit, so I can meet you where you are and adapt our work to what you truly need.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: we’re at our best when we live in balance. That’s why I take a holistic approach—looking at the mind, body, and soul connection; how our family and early life experiences shape who we are; and how self-awareness and self-compassion can change everything.
