John has more than 20 years of clinical mental health experience in a variety of settings working with children, adolescents, adults and families. Given John’s breadth of experience, he is a unique practitioner that utilises a variety of therapeutic approaches dependent on the needs of the person(s). John utilises evidenced based Focussed Psychological strategies within therapy according to client needs and include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy(CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focussed Therapy and a range of mindfulness-based approaches.
