Clients consult me due to experiencing a range of personal and interpersonal difficulties. Often clients contact me because they want to overcome anxiety, depression, and in particular, relationship issues. A group of clients also consult me about transexual challenges they are facing in day to day life.
I use a non-judgemental approach with a focus on resolving the problems you are experiencing in order to enhance your mental health. My special interest and training is in relationship and marital therapy. I also have a wide range of therapeutic modalities including compassion-based therapy, interpersonal therapy, experiential and mindfulness based therapies
