I am a psychotherapist and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker practicing in both private and public mental health services. I specialise in providing schema therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), integrating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT). I have completed full training via the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST) and am undergoing Individual Schema Therapy trainee program. I facilitate DBT program including skill group, individual DBT and phone coaching. I am also trained for treating eating disorders utilizing DBT for BN and CBT-E
