I'm a clinical hypnotherapist and strategic psychotherapist working with high-functioning professionals who can't out-think their own minds. If you're capable on the outside but exhausted on the inside, over-preparing, replaying conversations, second-guessing every decision, this is the work that talking alone hasn't shifted. Clinical hypnotherapy works directly with the subconscious to update the patterns running anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt on automatic. Most clients see meaningful change in three to six sessions, not three to six years.

My approach combines clinical hypnotherapy, strategic psychotherapy, and NLP. It is evidence-informed and focused on shifting the patterns running underneath, not narrating them. Sessions are brief, practical, and structured around outcomes. Sceptics welcome.

I've built a public-facing career while managing acute social anxiety, so I know the work that thinking alone cannot reach.
