From my studies in Organisational Psychology, I have been trained to provide coaching to support people to enhance their performance in their professional lives through motivational interviewing. To me, therapy is a space where individuals can feel listened to and cared for. It is an opportunity to explore the challenges one may be facing, but also to understand ourselves better.
I like to take a holistic approach to assist clients in exploring emotional, physical, and environmental factors that affect their life, and focus on realistic and logical solutions. I believe it is worth looking back to the past to consider how past events may impact the here and now, whilst also challenging clients in their thinking.
