I work with women facing overwhelming situations that result in emotional distress. I specialise in working with the complex issues of chronic health conditions (e.g. endometriosis, PCOS, adenomyosis, cancer), chronic pain, trauma, and being childless not by choice (childlessness). I help people overcome isolation, loneliness, grief, loss of identity, self-worth issues, and negative body image associated with these conditions. The goal being to find joy and a better quality of life given the new reality. To read more or book please visit my website.
I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy that is tailored to each clients needs. With personal experience in these areas, I offer a safe space to be heard and supported. Through individualised therapy, somatic practices, and online resources, I empower women to find hope and balance, heal, and regain control of their lives.
I understand how isolating it can feel to navigate chronic illness, pain, or trauma, especially after years of being unheard or invalidated. You deserve support that truly understands your experience. I'm here to offer a compassionate, safe space to explore your needs and help you find balance. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out
