Jo Gniel is a counsellor, educator and the founder of landscape of life. Dedicated to building human connection; Jo helps people create healthy relationships and wellbeing in all aspects of life. As a Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist Jo has extensive experience helping couples renew and repair, their relationship connection. To restore a greater connection to yourself and others (acceptance, love and belonging) Jo integrates the principals of attachment science, compassion orientated therapies and the powerful practices of Mindful Self Compassion to create calm and greater emotional agility.
Our culture propagates the fantasy that we can avoid pain and that happiness is dependant upon the circumstances of our life. Many of us have not a model of how to respond to life’s difficult moments with kindness, care or understanding. This influences the way we live, love and lead, our relationships and wellbeing.
The interconnected nature of life means building healthy relationship is vital. Relationships help create a sense of meaning in life. While they connect us and can be enriching they also have the potential to present challenges. Counselling with Jo can help resource you, enhance your capacity to cope, and cultivate connection to yourself and others.
