Change is never easy, and neither is it easy to be stuck in the patterns that are keeping you from achieving the life you want for yourself. Whether you are struggling with a mental health condition and want to live symptom free or you are trying to achieve a life with more confidence to pursue your dreams, it starts with realising the need for a change. It requires bravery and strength to create those changes. Having a supportive, empathetic and knowledgeable, professional by your side can make the process more manageable and less isolating. It is important to find a professional who can understand your unique perspective.
Having lived in five different countries, Jessie has a diversity of life experiences which complement her clinical skills as a counsellor. She is genuine with her connections with clients, and practices through the Humanistic Modalities. She is also well versed at using techniques from various other modalities, Mindfulness, CBT, Analytical, to name a few.
Jessie thrives with clients who are motivated for knowledge about themselves and enjoys the process of helping client to evolve and become the best version of who they want to be.
