Through my highly compassionate approach, I work with unique individuals of all ages & genders with a broad range of presentations including: Trauma, anxiety and depression, Alcohol & other drug use & dependency, grief & loss, identity concerns, relationship concerns, stress management, LGBTQIA+, parenting & pre/post-natal concerns. I provide a brief 15 minute online free welcome session to new clients to ensure the service I offer is appropriate to your needs.
Supervision provided for ACA Level 2 supervisees.
I offer confidential, non-judgemental, tailored sessions using an integrated approach.
Working from a Person-centred base, I predominantly draw from IFS, DBT & Mindfulness based self-compassion approaches, providing a safe & connective space for individuals to gain practical skills and resources to process, re-empower and align with a preferred pathway.
With the mind-body connect; emotional regulation & self-awareness being core to my practice, sessions ensure the body is safely supported by breath & embodied presence whilst facilitating clients to reframe their experiences, & compassionately rewire their brains. I have a deep faith in individual’s capacities to live to their potentials, including you!
