I work with women and femme-identifying individuals who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or low moods. Additionally, I work with women who are Deaf or have an intellectual disability.
Through a supportive, collaborative approach, I help woman to slow things down, explore patterns, and build insight into their thoughts and emotions. Together, we work toward developing practical strategies and greater self-awareness to support meaningful, lasting change.
I offer a gentle, talk-based approach to counselling, through walk and talk, telehealth, and webchat therapy. My work is informed by elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), helping you make sense of the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
Therapy can seem daunting, and its normal to feel that way. Taking the first step towards improving your mental health is the hardest. If you're looking for a supportive space that takes things at a slow pace, please feel free to reach out through email or via my website.
