Are you or a loved one struggling with emotional dysregulation, mood swings, behavioural difficulties or serious mental illness? I am experienced with complex presentations including psychosis, mood disorders, personality disorders, challenging behaviours, autism, intellectual disability, attachment difficulties and parenting support; my approach involves collaborative problem solving and trauma informed and neurodiversity-affirming support.
One size does not fit all! I offer individually tailored therapy to clients with complex mental health conditions. I am also available for forensic assessments, supervision for practitioners, reflective practice to teams, and modified DBT for people with disabilities at risk of becoming involved with the criminal justice system or who have a dual disability.
You will find that I offer an empathetic, authentic approach which embraces diversity, supports individual growth and fosters empowerment and improved quality of life. If this sounds like we may be a good fit, do reach out.
