I help people understand how difficult or painful relationship experiences shape connection, trust, boundaries and self-worth. You may find yourself overthinking relationships, people pleasing, struggling to trust, fearing rejection or feeling lonely, anxious or not good enough. You may notice yourself reacting in ways you don't fully understand, or finding yourself caught in patterns that seem to repeat. These patterns can show up with partners, family, friendships, work, dating or parenting.
I help clients make sense of where these patterns come from and how they continue to affect relationships and the way they see themselves. Understanding this can help you respond differently, rather than feeling caught in the same cycles. Therapy provides space to explore what is happening and what you might want to change.
