I am a Registered Counselling Psychologist with immediate availability for individuals and relationships. I practice from a diversity affirming appraoch and am passionate about joining my clients on their journey through life and supporting them to enhance their well-being and reach their goals, whatever they may be. I aim to provide clients with a secure and supportive environment in which I tailor my approach to my client’s specific needs.
I work with a range of concerns, including bipolar disorder and depression, anxiety and panic, PTSD and complex trauma, grief and loss, emotion regulation, relationship difficulties and diverse/non-monogamous. As a relationship therapist I support clients to develop emotional safety and strengthen bonds through improved communication and connection.
