About
I am a Registered Counselling Psychologist working with individuals and couples. I greatly value my role in supporting clients of all gender, sexual, spiritual, ethnic and cultural backgrounds and have particular experience in working with individuals and couples who identify as part of the LGBTIQAP+ brotherboy and sistergirl communities. I am passionate about joining my clients on their journey through life and supporting them to enhance their well-being and reach their goals, whatever they may be. I aim to provide clients with a secure and supportive environment in which I tailor my approach to my client’s specific needs.
I work with a range of concerns, including bipolar disorder and depression, anxiety and panic, PTSD and complex trauma, grief and loss, emotion regulation, self-esteem concerns and relationship difficulties. I am particularly passionate about supporting couples to develop emotional safety and strengthen bonds through improved communication and connection.
Making the decision to seek support and taking those steps towards doing so is incredibly courageous, and it is a privilege of mine to support clients as they take these important steps towards a richer and more fulfilling life. To discuss your specific needs and goals please don't hesitate to contact me.
