I am a registered nurse and psychotherapist offering weekly therapy, counselling, and consultation for individuals navigating mental health challenges, substance use, trauma, or difficult life experiences.
With over a decade in public and private psychiatric settings — including acute care, suicide prevention, dual diagnosis, and community work — I bring both clinical expertise and a capacity to sit with the complexity of human suffering. I offer a space where therapy unfolds with emphasis to speaking, not as a set of instructions but as a process of exploring what matters, what repeats, and what might change.
I provide recovery-oriented, trauma-informed and person-centred treatment, with particular attention to each individual's own way of speaking and making sense of their experience.
At the same time, my work is rooted in a psychoanalytic orientation: I listen for the unconscious logic shaping experience, and for what might emerge in the act of speaking.
I have come to understand care and treatment not only as a clinical intervention but as "attention" — as the ethical act of being with another in their suffering.
Please feel free to reach out if you would like to speak further.
