Are you recovering from trauma, oppression or psychological abuse? Do you need support to heal and take charge of your life, creating wellbeing and freedom. I also work with parents and the impacts of trauma on their experience as a parent and healing parent child dynamics. Trans and gender diverse people are welcome along with all people from LGBTIQA+ communities.
I specialise in recovering from trauma, co-dependency and anxiety. I offer integrative person centred therapeutic counselling that is trauma informed and somatically aware. I focus on healing and reclaiming a sense of self and wellbeing. I also specialise in supporting trans and gender diverse people including LGBTIQA+ health and wellbeing more broadly.
The focus of my work is to provide a safe supportive space, going at your pace, where you are able to express yourself and your needs while integrating and discovering more deeply who you are. The more at one we are with ourselves, the freer we can be within our own lives.
