I have a rich background in assisting adults from various communities and lived experiences, including those within the LGBTIQ+ spectrum, as well as individuals from CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) backgrounds and those with disabilities. I am here to support you through life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and trauma. Located 5 minutes walk from Melbourne Museum and a short walk from Parliament Station.
As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, I employ a variety of evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solutions Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). During our first session, we will work together to identify the therapeutic approach that best suits your unique needs
My approach is inherently warm and collaborative. I believe that you hold the expertise in your own life experiences, and my role is to provide empathetic, non-judgmental guidance, meeting you exactly where you are. By acknowledging and respecting your individual journey, we aim to create a supportive environment that fosters growth and well-being.
