I am a Clinical Psychology Registrar who is warm, compassionate, and grounded. I work with adults to provide psychological care for a range of presentations including depression and anxiety, stress, relational issues, identity, with a particular interest in supporting LGBTQA+ people. I believe the foundation of therapy is the therapeutic relationship; I bring genuine empathy and create a supportive, authentic, and collaborative space for clients to explore and understand their issues and themselves.
My therapeutic practice is informed through the frameworks of Schema Therapy, EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches specifically emphasising attachment and understanding the impact of trauma.
I am currently a clinician at the Sexual Assault Resource Centre (SARC) as well as working in a private practice setting at PsyQuest (Thursdays and alt. Saturdays).
