Hi, I’m Jeremy. I’m a neurodivergent psychologist who works across the lifespan, with particular experience working with children and adolescents.
People often come to me when they are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, misunderstood, or are struggling with anxiety, low mood, neurodivergence, disability, emotional or behavioural difficulties, relationship stress, identity concerns, addiction, or major life changes. I help people move forward by taking the time to understand them as a whole person and building evidence based, neuro affirming support around their goals, strengths, and everyday life.
My background includes training across university clinic and health service settings, including work in a high risk adolescent program with young people experiencing complex difficulties. I also have experience in NDIS coordination, support work, and research focused on crisis counselling, emotion regulation, and supporting people with disability.
Taking the first step towards support can feel daunting, and many people come in unsure of where to begin. That is completely okay. My goal is to create a space where you can feel safe, understood, and supported while we work together at a pace that feels right for you.
