Hi, I’m Jenny! I’m a qualified and experienced social worker and counsellor supporting adults and children who have experienced difficult or overwhelming life events. I offer EMDR, play therapy and counselling appointments in Airlie Beach and telehealth sessions for adults across Australia. I provide a safe, supportive space for people who are feeling the impacts of trauma and are looking for things to change. While counselling often involves exploring serious and challenging experiences, I believe the process can also be engaging, meaningful, and even enjoyable.

My approach is client-centred and based on the belief that healing happens when people feel supported, and understood. I focus on building a genuine connection and a space to explore at your own pace. Sessions are tailored to each person and draw on evidence-based approaches including trauma-informed practice, EMDR, CBT, ACT, and creative therapies.
