As a mature experienced Practitioner, I deal with clients who are dealing with loss and change. Emotional instability Grief Panic attacks Anxiety Adult Abandonment, Child Abandonment, Redundancy, Divorce, Life Trauma Resettlement to a new country. A flexible multifaceted approach allows me to use the most effective methods available to address your individual needs. I draw primarily from Repair and Reattachment Grief therapy.

Counselling with DBT,CBT, REBT Mindfulness is learning about yourself understanding how you perceive a situation, and helps you manage unhelpful thinking and behaviour, respecting the changes in you to start a New Chapter in your life. Each 1 hr therapy I offer face to face therapy, email, and face time consultation supported with emails exchanged each week.
