About
I am a Clinical Psychologist with a wide range of experience. I primarily utilise enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, to allow people to learn the skills needed to manage emotional distress, strengthen their ability to cope with future challenges and achieve personal, relationship and professional life goals. Additionally I offer longer term psychotherapy for more complex issues.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults.
I am aware that each person is an individual who experiences different problems and has varying needs. Counselling is designed to help my clients explore their problems and work on ways to make positive changes for their future. I am committed to providing a warm, relaxed counselling environment that is safe and confidential.
