I help individuals and couples heal from insecure attachment and childhood trauma to foster more secure attachment internally and with those you love. Jennifer specialises in relational and attachment issues, emotional dysregulation and trauma. Jennifer uses a unique combination of Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic (body) therapies, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT), and energetic and trauma-informed practices.
