Jennifer specialises in relational and attachment issues, emotional dysregulation and trauma. Jennifer uses a unique combination of Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic (body) therapies, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT), and energetic and trauma-informed practices.
