I love working with people who are seeking change and therapy in a supportive non judgmental space. I am able to support everyday issues and more severe psychological distress by viewing people in their whole being. Goals of treatment not only involve reducing emotional distress, and the absence of illness, but the ability to flourish in life.
I am a board approved supervisor and am experienced working discretely with professionals and other clinicians who are experiencing their own mental health challenges.
Having worked as a clinician in both residential mental health settings and in private practice for over 15 years, I possess a keen sense for the underlying drivers which create emotional pain and psychological distress. My focus is to facilitate a person's own innate wisdom and strengthes to heal and sustain wellbeing utilizing evidence based interventions.
