I am an Accredited Psychotherapist with over 18 years’ experience of helping others within the Social Services and Mental Health field. I have specialised specifically in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for over a decade now since qualifying in 2014. I am integrative and believe that therapy can and should be adapted and tailored around your needs.
I have Clinical Registration with Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation Australia (PACFA) and am a registered counsellor with ACA. I am also fully accredited as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with the British Association of Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapy. I offer a high ethical standard of care in line with the above professional bodies.
